District of Columbia Apostille – Washington DC

We provide fast 1-3 day processing through the Secretary of the District of Columbia (DC).  Documents destined to a country who is a member of the Hague Apostille Convention will receive an Apostille while non-member countries will receive a certification.

Step 1: Call Us for Verification – Before mailing your documents to our office in DC, we will need to communicate with you to make sure you have the correct documents.  You can Contact Us through our website or simply give us a call.  We generally answer emails within an hour during regular business hours.

Step 2: Mail Your Documents to Our Office – Once your documents have been verified, simply drop them off at the local shipping store.  We recommend mailing in your documents by UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail and always get a tracking number.  Depending on your method of payment, we’ll process your credit card and email you a receipt.  You’ll need to include our Washington DC Apostille Order Form.

Your documents will be hand-delivered to the Authentication office in DC where the Secretary will verify the documents and attach an Apostille.  Once complete, our staff will prepare a UPS shipping label and ship the documents to your location for next business morning deliver.  If you’re located outside the United States, we do provide international shipping.  International shipping rates apply (Call for quote).
