Documents originating from the State of Maryland can be processed through our Washington, D.C. office.

Every day, our staff hand delivers and picks-up documents from the Maryland Secretary of State’s office in Annapolis.  Documents issued from the state of Maryland can be processed in 1-2 business days.  Documents notarized in the State of Maryland require county authentication and State apostille.  The processing time for notarized documents can vary as we will first have to process your notarized documents from the County Clerk that the notary’s seal and signature is filed in.

In additional to our Maryland Apostille service, we can also provide US Legalization services in Washington, D.C.  Documents destined for countries who are non members of the Hague Apostille Convention require State, U.S. Department of State, and Embassy or Consulate legalization.
