The Embassy of China is located in Washington, D.C. and can legalize documents issued and certified from all 50 States including the U.S. Federal Government.  Our expedited service can legalize your documents as fast as 1-2 business days through the Embassy.

The very first step is to contact our office.  Our trained and knowledgeable staff are available Monday – Saturday to answer your questions and to provide you easy to follow step-by-step instructions.

Once we have an understanding of the type of documents you need certified and legalized for China, we will email you the breakdown in cost, processing time, and our order forms.  Please note that we have nine offices throughout the United States.

$25 for personal documents
$55 for business documents
$20 expedited services for each document (recommended)
